The top 2 Muscle Building Programs
Reviewing as many packages as I do, it's hard to become bored. After a while, they all begin to look the same. But not this time. I was a bit offended by The Musclehead's site, I'm sure you'll agree he comes off as a real jerk.
But I was shocked at the quality of the product. Not only does it cover just about everything you would want to know about how to build muscle, there's no filler. He's made it so easy to get started, you'll be able to improve your physique the very day you get his book.
There's a lot more than just a book though. Not only do you get some ebooks (3 actually), you also get access to Team Musclehead, which is where you can get some personal coaching. My personal trainer usually charges more per session than the Musclehead charges for his entire package!
I was also surprised at the price. Even though it packs the biggest punch, it's actually one of the cheaper products. I guess that old saying "You get what you pay for" doesn't mean so much these days.
Overall, I recommend this package above all others. His approach is a bit harsh, but it definitely works, so give it a look. He also has a free course that you can sign up to on this page! Make sure you give this a look, it is free.
If you're anything like me, you're sick of hearing all the hype about building muscle. You just want to know the truth about how to go about building muscle. Well, that's exactly what you get with this package.
sean nalewanyj has created a program thats easy to follow but very effective, whatever your level of experience. I saw friends of my own (Who had never lifted before) make great progress and Seans program even helped me break through a plateau I've been at for a while now.
I went the whole hog and splurged on the deluxe package, and I'm definitely glad I did. His guide to getting shredded taught me a couple of things that will mean I'll be able to get into tip-top shape quicker than usual.
