Build Massive Biceps With A Simple Change To A Simple Exercise

Have you ever lifted and thought to yourself "There must be something I can do cut the time off my workout"? Well, with just a few simple changes in technique you can immediately shorten the length of any workout while also improving the efficiency of it as well. Pretty great huh! In this article I will be showing you how you can build bigger biceps while also shaving time off your workout. You must be an idiot if you don't wanna cut your workout time, so read on.

One great exercise to any bicep routine is the Incline Dumbbell Curl, if you don't use this exercise then you want shooting believe me. It's one of the most effective and most isolated exercises you can do to build your biceps, but wait it get's even better because I'm going to show you how you can make this fantastic exercise even better than it already is.

The average way to do a routine biceps exercise is done by lying back on a bench and letting the dumbbells hang down beside you then curling them up to their highest position. But you don't want an average routine do you? Of course you don't that's why your reading this article.

"So how can I build bigger biceps and shave time off my workout?" you ask. Well I'm going to tell you now so pay attention…….

Ok you ready?…….Right…..Instead of sitting right back on the incline bench as you would do normally, you are going to pick up the dumbbells first then you're going to straddle the incline bench. Once your in the straddles position you're going to move your butt all the way onto the incline bench. Now sit on the incline face of the bench and set you're feet on the seat of the bench with you're knees bent.

You still with me? If not go back and read it again until you fully understand it because this is a great training tip. The top end of the bench should now be in line with your shoulder blades or just below. When in this position arch your back over and around the bench end if that doesn't sound to painful….It's perfectly ok though..trust me :-)…Now, turn your palms forward all the way through the exercise for the best results. In the bottom position you should feel an increased stretch on the biceps beyond what you normally get with the incline bicep curl.

Now that you have found out how you can build bigger biceps in the gym, how's about building bigger biceps in the kitchen sound? Well we all know that food is very important when it comes to building muscle, so with this in mind I have decided to share with you some Muscle building tips.

More great tips like this are covered in The Musclehead 's program and I've even done a full review of Sean Nalewanyj. You can check it out by clicking on either of those two links.
