Why is sleep much more important than you think?

Sleep is a very important aspect of your health. Much more important than you know. You literally grow while you sleep, and that is no old folks tale. The human growth hormone is mainly released at night while you sleep. But, more specifically, it is during deep sleep, that HGH gets released.

With so much stress and pressure these days in our modern living, sleep is getting sidelined (with often detrimental results). If you don't want to look old and haggard way before you are supposed to, than make getting enough sleep a priority starting this very night.

Sleep and HGH release are linked together pretty strongly, through another hormone called melatonin. And melatonin levels are linked to the amount of grwoth hormone in your body! Therefore, if you want to raise your melatonin levels, than you should also seriously consider working towards raising your HGH levels as well.
