How I learned to Get Lean and Build Muscle

Losing weight is one thing, and building muscle is another. How ever they are both closely related, which is something I didn't ever know until I read an ebook by Tom Venuto a former body builder. I had been researching possible books of dieting and weight loss, and a page I came across was a burn the fat feed the muscle review, which was a review of Tom's book. The article discussed how he had broken down the routine of eating, exercise, and workouts for an every day Joe to understand and implement. This interested me since I had always wanted to develop a healthy lifestyle routine.

I figured the book was less then $40 bucks and had a guarantee on it, if I wasn't happy with the info I'd get my money back. I left the review site and decided to buy a copy for myself. As the review said, the book was crazy it was 340 pages of in depth info about how to eat, life, and train to be lean and stay that way.
