Are You Suffering From Bad Breath?

Do you know that bad breath, although a very common condition, is not well detected by sufferers of bad breath? The smell of bad breath is so oppressive that it can make a few of your friends want to spend less time with you.

There are many causes of bad breath, one of the most common of which is the leftover food particles in the mouth. Poor oral hygiene is usually the culprit in these instances, when the person neglects to brush or floss properly. In this case, food particles will remain in the mouth, between the teeth, on the tongue or even towards the back of the mouth all the way down the food pipe.

Smoking is another cause of bad breath. If your friends don’t seem to mind the smoke from this unhealthy habit, they will certainly notice the stench of your breath if you happen to speak near their face. In the same way, excessive drinking of alcohol can also cause halitosis.
