The tanks are hand siphoned for the clean juice off the top during fermentation so that transfer can happen without upsetting sediment. The tanks at the winery are imported Italian chrome steel fermenting tanks produced by Marchisi. When the wine is ready it is aged and racked in hand made barrels of French and Yank Oak.

Not only is the wine wonderful but so is the setting for the winery. You are close to Mt. Hood so your backdrop is a stunning view of the mountains. The winery offers a new building with intimate inside settings and a stunning outside area too. They offer an indoor events room with a stone fireplace, and outside dance floor, covered porches for your comfort while enjoying a great cup of wine or visiting with friends. There are indoor and outdoor bars as well as wine serving areas and pretty cobblestone terraces for you pleasure. Parking isnot a problem since there is an on-site parking facility and valet parking turn around.
